The time has come to shape the work for the coming year.
The focus must be on an ADR implementation that includes the entire contracting community, government, business and legal.
The purpose is to change the way we do business. Unless we change the way we do business, contractor behavior will not change.
Present status of section work and outline for the future.

We will not define success by the number of ADRs done, but, that is important information. The same is true for resolution rates.
Theme: Our overall goal is the principled resolution of contract disputes. Gen. Anderson wants a winning team.
