The next Small Agency Caucus meeting will be held on June 22, 1999 from 9:30 to 12:00 at the FDIC, 801 17th Street, N.W. We will be holding small discussion groups and workstations on various ADR program topics: (1) Design and Implementation, (2) Marketing and Buy-in, (3) Neutral Resources, (4) Training Resources, and (5) ADR Evaluation. Come discuss your most pressing concerns, learn how other small agencies are handling those same issues, and discover opportunities to build upon each other's successes.
