The Workplace Disputes Section will present a panel discussion of the successful elements of federal workplace ADR programs. Representatives from the Department of the Navy, Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Health and Human Services, the United States Postal Service and the General Accounting Office will discuss the specifics of their agency's ADR plan, marketing ideas and implementation strategies. This discussion will also offer information on administering an ADR program and provide insight on training and hiring neutrals.
