The Workplace Disputes Section will offer a panel discussion on finding qualified neutrals. This discussion will focus on the pros and cons of using outside neutrals, employee trained mediators or neutrals from other federal agencies. Other topics include the role of the roster manager within a federal agency, roster recruitment, selection criteria, ethical requirements, and management of an ADR roster. The members of the panel will also discuss their agency's practices and policies towards neutrals and provide guidance for those who are developing an ADR roster.
