Starting Your Own ADR Program

The Workplace Disputes Section will conduct an interactive workshop that provides hands-on techniques that will assist in successfully implementing an ADR program. Participants will work in small groups with facilitators to construct their own design and implementation workbooks that addresses issues such as "buy-in," marketing, mediation models, roster development and overall program administration.

Due to emphasis on small group activities the CLASS SIZE is limited to 30 participants.
