The Workplace Disputes Section is offering a workshop designed to address constraints and resistance by employees, mid- and senior-level management, and unions to the implementation of ADR programs. There will be representatives from both large and small federal agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Association, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Department of Justice.

The workshop will begin with brief presentations from these agencies, but the majority of the time will be spent in small workshops brainstorming, problem-solving, and sharing lessons learned to avoid common program pitfalls. The goal of this workshop is to offer participants a sense of assuredness as well as new approaches to overcome the barriers that presently exist.

Due to emphasis on small group activities the CLASS SIZE is limited to 30 participants.
