Discussion on ADR Mechanisms -- what they are and how to use them

On Monday, April 19, 1999 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. Postal Service Headquarters, 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Room 1P-410, Washington, DC, the Workplace Disputes Section will offer a panel discussion on ADR Mechanisms -- what they are and how to use them. Individuals with extensive experience in Mediation, Ombuds Programs, Early Neutral Evaluation, Mini-Trial and "Reg-Neg" will serve on the panel. All federal employees are welcome.

The program will include participatory case studies to answer practical questions: What is this process? What does it accomplish? What does it take to implement it? How do we create a program to use it? What kinds of cases are best suited for it?

If you have any questions, contact Judy Filner (202-268-3049) or Don Greenstein (202-268-3082), ADR Team, Law Department, USPS.
