There are over 15 Federal Workplace Ombuds programs, and thousands in the private sector. The Workplace Disputes Section will present a panel discussion on the role of the Ombuds in federal workplace disputes systems. Panel presenters will provide practical information for participants who are planning or implementing a workplace disputes ADR program. Participants will be encouraged to interact with the panelists and ask questions.
