• When party representatives are present, does it impact your mediation approach?
• What are the representative's interests?
• What if the representative and party have conflicting interests?
• Should/how can you help the representative to be more effective in meeting his/her goals for the mediation?

During this interactive workshop, respected union and agency representatives will share their perspectives to assist seminar participants in exploring these questions. Then, we challenge you to apply your mediation approaches and techniques in a Fishbowl mediation.
