Interagency ADR Working Group, Workplace Conflict Mangement Section presents:ADR Lunchtime Series: Listening Without Ego

This presentation will enable participants who work in the ADR field to transform listening into a real opportunity instead of just another part of their job description. The speaker will explore the filters we apply to what we hear and how these filters affect our ability to listen. Awareness of the filters can help us overcome their effects. When we recognize and neutralize our filters we can be fully present as listeners. This raised awareness can hone our listening skills and help us move through life more gracefully.
