This session will encompass a debate on the hot topic of “mandatory versus voluntary mediation” for managers and a discussion about what techniques mediators can use when faced with recalcitrant managers. Concepts such as “good faith”, ethics, and self-determination will be woven into this interactive discussion.

up the escalator to the main (ground) floor of Union Station. Walk
past the gates to the train tracks. Just after Gate L, and before
McDonalds, take a left and go through the double glass doors. Walk
