Working with Recalcitrant Managers

This session will encompass a debate on the hot topic of “mandatory versus voluntary mediation” for managers and a discussion about what techniques mediators can use when faced with recalcitrant managers. Concepts such as “good faith”, ethics, and self-determination will be woven into this interactive discussion.

From the Union Station metro stop (red line), take either exit; go up the escalator to the main (ground) floor of Union Station. Walk past the gates to the train tracks. Just after Gate L, and before McDonalds, take a left and go through the double glass doors. Walk down the ramp, down the escalator and then walk straight ahead to the SEC lobby security.
