In 2006, the Federal Interagency ADR Working Group (IADRWG) Steering Committee issued guidance documents for both federal mediators and ombuds building upon existing general ethical standards and addressing unique federal government situations.1 The presenters -- among the principal authors of the IADRWG guidance documents -- will delve into difficult ethical issues facing federal mediators and ombuds. Plan to join us for a lively, stimulating, and informative program.
