Program Description
The principle mission of the Justice Consolidated Network (JCON) Program is to provide interoperability among the Department of Justice's litigating and management components,  and the Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Marshals Service, Community Relations Service, and U.S. Trustees, by implementing a reliable, robust office automation infrastructure upon which they can operate their mission critical applications.  The Department expects to add up to $61,185,000 to the $15,942,000 budget request, subject to the availability of  Working Capital Fund unobligated balance transfers.
