| This request includes 25 positions, 12 workyears, and $3,000,000 to implement a statutory requirement contained in Section 1001 of the USA Patriot Act to designate an official to review information and receive complaints alleging abuses of civil rights and civil liberties by Department employees and report its findings to Congress.
