The California Border Alliance Group region consists of San Diego and Imperial counties.

Los Angeles and San Diego are major cities with populations of 1,000,000 or more. Anaheim, Long Beach, Riverside, and Santa Ana are major cities with 250,000-999,999 people. Bakersfield, Glendale, Huntington Beach, Santa Clarita, San Bernardino, and El Centro are major cities with 175,000-249,999 people.

International Airports are located at Los Angeles and San Diego, California, and Yuma, Arizona.

Major seaports are located at Los Angeles and San Diego.

The interstates within this region are I-5, I-8, I-10, I-15, I-40, and I-805.

The State highways are routes 86 and 111.

The Ports of Entry are San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Tecate, Calexico West, Calexico East, and Andrade.
