   Senate Expected to Hold Hearing on Medical Records Privacy
                                
     On Monday Deputy Assistant Attorney General Robert S. Litt
will hold a background briefing on the Administration's work to
ensure law enforcement maintains access to medical records when
pursuing criminals.  This Tuesday the Senate Labor and Human
Resources Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on medical
records privacy.
