Roper of the Northern District of Texas. U.S. Senior District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer sentenced Mondre Donyee Neal, 29, to 70 months in federal prison. He pled guilty in June to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Judge Buchmeyer also sentenced Obahkyina Jamie Fuller, 33, to 89 months in federal prison.
