ORDER TO ENFORCE CIVIL INVESTIGATIVE DEMAND

Upon the Petition to Enforce Civil Investigative Demand and the exhibits attached thereto,

IT IS ORDERED that Lighthouse Diving Center, Inc. comply with the Civil Investigative Demand ("CID") issued to it by the Department of Justice and promptly produce all documentary material and interrogatory answers required and called for by the terms of the CID and attached schedules.

IT IS ORDERED that Lighthouse Diving Center, Inc., produce the executed Certificate of Compliance accompanying CID No. 11252.

IT IS ORDERED that the United States recover its costs in maintaining this action.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court retain jurisdiction over this matter.
