[PROPOSED
] ORDER ON
STIPULATED NOTICE OF
RELATED CASE IN A
CRIMINAL ACTION

Case No. CR 06-0159 MMC

Filed March 17, 2006

Case No. CR 06-0160 JSW

Having considered the Stipulated Notice of Related Case in a Criminal Action, jointly filed by the United States and Akzo Nobel Chemicals International B.V. pursuant to Crim. L. R. 8-1, this Court finds that the assignment of United States v. Akzo Nobel Chemicals International B.V., CR 06-0160 JSW, to Judge Maxine M. Chesney (to whom United States v. Solvay S.A., CR 06-0159 MMC, is also assigned) is likely to conserve judicial resources and promote an efficient determination of the action. Therefore, this Court finds that Case CR 06-0160 JSW relates to Case CR 06-0159 MMC, and orders that Case CR 06-0160 JSW be transferred to Judge Chesney.
