MOTION FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT

For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum in Support of Motion For Entry of Final Judgment, Plaintiff moves for entry of the proposed Final Judgment in this civil antitrust proceeding. Plaintiff is authorized by counsel for the Defendants to state that the Defendants join in this motion.
