PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR SCHEDULING ORDER
Plaintiffs hereby move for a scheduling order. For the reasons stated in the
accompanying memorandum, the court should grant Plaintiffs' motion for a scheduling order
pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b).
Defendants approached Plaintiffs on Friday, Nov. 1, 2002, and requested a meet-and-confer on scheduling and informed us that they intended to go immediately to the Court to seek an extraordinarily abbreviated schedule for resolution of this case if the parties could not agree.
The parties have met and conferred on this question pursuant to LCvR 7.1(m) and have been
unable to reach agreement. A proposed order accompanies this motion.
Dated this 4th day of November, 2002.
