ORDER

On May 21, 2004, the court appointed Charles A Legge as Special Master to perform the duties described in the appointment order. Doc ## 185, 189. The court hereby SETS a hearing for 4:00 pm on June 1, 2004, for the Special Master to present his report and recommendations. If necessary, the court is prepared to receive a portion of the Special Master's report and recommendations in camera.
