ORDER

AND NOW, this 4th day of April, 2000, after a telephone status conference whereby all parties stipulated to an extension of the Temporary Restraining Order entered on March 31, 2000 presently set to expire on April 14, 2000, it is hereby ORDERED that said TRO is EXTENDED through April 25, 2000. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a telephone status conference is scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at 11:15 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Preliminary Injunction hearing scheduled for April 5, 2000, is CONTINUED. A new hearing date will be set at the April 12, 2000, conference, but the parties should expect to proceed by April 25, 2000.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
