The United States of America requests that this Court, pursuant to 15 U.S.C.
§16(e)-(f), enter the proposed Final Judgment lodged with this Court on May 22, 2007. The
Defendants consent to this motion, as expressed in the previously filed Stipulation. (Dkt.
#2) The grounds for this motion are set forth in the accompanying memorandum. A copy
of the proposed Final Judgment is attached as Exhibit 1.
