ORDER TERMINATING MODIFIED FINAL JUDGMENT

This cause having come on to be heard on the joint motion of MCI WorldCom, Inc. ("MCI WorldCom"), successor-in-interest to defendant MCI Communications Corporation ("MCI"), and British Telecommunications plc ("BT"), predecessor-in-interest to defendant Concert plc, for termination of the Modified Final Judgment entered in this case on September 16, 1997, and the United States of America having represented to the Court that it has no objection to the motion, and the notice of motion having been published in the Federal Register, The Wall Street Journal, and CommunicationsWeek International, and all interested parties having been given an opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed termination of the Modified Final Judgment, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to terminate the Modified Final Judgment, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Modified Final Judgment is hereby terminated.
