GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO SEAL INFORMATION

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

The United States of America, by and through the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, files this Motion to Seal the information in this cause and would show the Court as follows:

On September 25, 2007, the United States filed an information, charging the Defendant listed above, as well as a plea agreement and related documents. The disclosure of the existence of the information and plea agreement would seriously jeopardize the ability of the Government to successfully conduct and conclude its investigation of other persons involved in the charged conduct. The Government therefore seeks an Order of the Court placing the information, plea agreement and related documents under seal.

Accordingly, the United States respectfully requests that this Court order that the information, plea agreement and related documents remain sealed, until further order of the court, or until the Defendant is arrested. The United States further requests that this Motion and the Court's Order be sealed.

    Respectfully submitted,
