ORDER RESTYLING CASE CAPTION

At the initial appearance, arraignment, and initial pretrial conference hearing held June 15, 2009, the Court was advised that defendant's middle name is misstated on the Indictment. The Government moved to amend the Indictment, and the Court heard oral argument by the parties.

For the reasons more fully stated on the record, the motion is GRANTED.

IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall restyle the caption of this case as follows:

                                                 Defendant.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Indictment and all documents filed in this case be considered changed to reflect defendant to be known as Bradley J. Hansen.
