Upon consideration of the Motion of the United States to Intervene and Stay Discovery and the Memorandum in Support thereof, it is hereby ORDERED that said Motion is hereby granted:

  1. to permit the United States to intervene in this civil action; and

  2. to stay all discovery until the completion of the criminal trial in United States v. Martin News Agency, Inc. and Bennett T. Martin, Criminal No. 3:00-CR-400-P (N.D. Texas, Oct. 5, 2000)(Judge Solis).
