was filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta, Georgia, charging
Kimerling Truck Parts, Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama, and its president,
Victor Z. Feigelson with rigging bids, in violation of Section
1 of the Sherman Act, for the purchase of used garbage and dump
trucks at auctions held on behalf of city and county-governments
in Georgia, beginning at least as early as June 1986 and continuing
thereafter until at least the fall of 1989.

Criminal No.: CR-H-93-123 (S.D. Tex.)
was filed in U.S. District Court in Houston, Texas, charging Alois
F. Moellenberg, former vice president in charge of the bid department
at Sysco Food Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Sysco Corporation
of Houston, Texas, with rigging bids, in violation of Section
1 of the Sherman Act, for the award and performance of contracts
to supply wholesale grocery products to Fort Bend Independent
School District and Katy Independent School District, beginning
at least as early as October 1989 and continuing thereafter until
at least May 1990.
