Dear Realtor Advocate:

I have attached copies of my prior demands and correspondence related to the unfair Realtor(R) employment and restraint of trade practices in the "Sham" Agent Employment Agreement used by ZipRealty Inc.

Since ZipRealty Inc is a multi-state national Real Estate Brokerage Company, with their shares traded on the Stock Exchange, their unfair Realtor(R) employment and restraint of trade practices should be of interest to the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, that are hosting a public workshop in Washington, D.C., entitled "Competition Policy and the Real Estate Industry."

Please let the federal regulators know my thoughts on the competitive nature of the real estate industry, and the unfair Realtor(R) employment and restraint of trade practices in the "Sham" Agent Employment Agreement used by ZipRealty Inc.
