To whom it may concern-

I've been working in the real estate industry for 3 years and I've yet to make a living at it. Here in the Coachella Valley, there are 10 agents for every home sold. That means we are all fighting like mad to just keep our heads above water. My office loses 80% of the new agents in the first year.

That is what I call competitive!!
