I was surprised to learn of the belief that there was a lack of competion in the real estate market. As a realtor and developer, my work covers a broad range of products and commission schedules. Everything is always negotiatable and my clients are always able to shop for a variety of products and rates. The internet listings give the buyers and sellers greater leverage, not less.
