Subject: Competition in the Real Estate Industry

To Whom:

I would like to let who ever represents the small businessman of America know that our business of Real Estate Sales is extremely competative and we don't need anymore huge companies trying to take the business away from the hard working real estate salesman. Why is it that we can't have a voice or we can't ever get a break. We were included in the "Do not call List" when we don't have autodialers we contact our clients personally and look for new business personally. This is the old fashioned way and it is still the best way.

The more government bends to big banks and other corporations, the more freedoms that the small business people lose. We have enough competition among ourselves and there are constantly new invovative concepts in the real estate industry that are competing with the Realtors as it is. Why do Big Banks and Corportate enterprises have to have this part of the American Dream also.

Why dosn't somebody stand up for the Small Businessman who is in Real Estate Sales. We are Ethical and our Clients can deal with us one on one. Corporate Entities will ruin this way of doing business and will ruin the Real Estate Industry. Keep them away from this end of the business.

Sincerely
Ron Poindexter
