I'm the only Realtor in the Mid-Missouri area that offers flat fee service($299) and I have had several conflicts with Remax, Assist to Sell, on what my service is. Several Realtors have said they wont show my listings and have told buyers and sellers that my service is illegal and I cant offer it. I have confronted the Brokers and they have done nothing to correct the problem, but allow me to file a law suit along with the customers that have brought the problems to my attention. Fighting a large company takes $$$$ and that is the same reason I'm so glad the DOJ has gotten involved.

There is a lot is discrimination for flat fee service that hurts sellers and buyers.
