What could be more capitalist, (non price fixing)..........We are competing against one another for business, offering the best percentage we're willing to accept.

Who is pushing this the Real Estate industry?

This industry, Real Estate, is the only business I know of that does not allow competing for business, see Ethics Clause. Kindly look into this practice. Hungry Agents is all about competition!
