Subject: Re: competition in the Real Estate Business

I have been selling Real Estate for 30 years. I can tell you there is more competition in the Real Estate business now than ever before. The discount brokers, the internet companies and very little service companies to full service companies. I think the Dept. of Justice should have to become a Realtor and practice in the Real world before they start changing our laws. Let them see what we do to earn a living and stop comparing us to other industries without knowing what's involved in the different levels of service we offer. Sellers have several choices depending on what they want their Realtor to do for them. Someone with reason needs to step in and appoint a task force if necessary before new laws are passed to make our business more difficult. Thanks Kathy Kuyoth
