I contact you as a former employee of the Antirtust Division at the Department of Justice, as a former antitrust litigation attorney at Howrey & Simon, and as a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

I respectfully suggest that the multiple listing limitations being advocated by the National Association of Realtors are patently an illegal horizontal restraints of trade, represent unlawful monopolization practices, and are forbidden by the FTC Act. You may phone me at 202.225.9697 for details.
