Subject: new proposed tax reform for real estate industry

To Whom It May Concern:

I respectfully urge you not to support the current proposed tax changes presented to the President by the Tax Reform Task Force. Real Estate has been a blessing for me and my family for a long time. The current tax system has provided the proper incentive for me to invest in real estate and urge you to keep it the way it is. I am a small investor who is concerned that if the Task Force recommendation become law it will definitely take away some key tax incentives for the small investor. Keep it the way it is. It has increase home ownership, particularly among minorities like myself, and has helped us become more financially stable.
