B&dcs the appraisal, wc obtained mzpz of all tbm face-to-face meeting to neeotiatc with the Tribe. we a m d to sell tracts of land and were advised of any leases, and all thc othe information we needed about the property we were to sell. We also raeived individual letters that stated the monetary amount we would receive according to ow undivided interests in the properries. I fel that due to our negotiations with the Tribe’s Executive Committee, oursenlmnmt for these properties are mre tban fair. The postponement of the approval by the remporary restraining order creaes a jjnancial hardship for all the Isadowners on these uacts. I care for my two grandchildren and for my dad My dad is elderly and bas medical problems. I need the money to pay for all bills associated with the carc of these individuals and Medicare docs not pay for aU medical expenses and medications. I also planned to use the money to make my car payments. I do not want 10 lose my car and house. This is a hw?-to-trust coaveyance between we, tbe landomm, and OUT Tribe. We feel that it is aecessary to keep thc land in trust and since none of us live on our make use of the pmperties, we want to sell. I am asking tbat these land sales be reviewed and approvd h e
