United States v. Gary Purrington, Diane Purrington, Skyler Purrington, and Firefox Enterprises, No. CIV 04-577-E-BLW (D. Idaho)

12/2004 Update:

On November 16, 2004, the United States filed suit in federal court in the District of Idaho against Gary Purrington, Diane Purrington, G. Skyler Purrington, and Firefox Enterprises, Inc. The complaint seeks an injunction and other equitable relief against the defendants. It alleges that the defendants violated the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1263, by introducing and delivering for introduction into interstate commerce components intended to produce fireworks that are banned hazardous substances.

On April 30, 2007, the Court entered an injunction against Firefox and its owners (Gary Purrington, Diane Purrington and G.
