Immigration Litigation Bulletin

The Immigration Litigation Bulletin is an internal publication about immigration litigation matters. The purpose of the publication is to keep litigating attorneys within the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security informed about immigration litigation matters and to increase the sharing of information between the field offices and Main Justice. The views expressed in this publication do not necessarily reflects the views of the Office of Immigration Litigation or the Department of Justice.
