Court Assigned: This case is assigned to the Honorable Jeffrey A. Meyer, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Richard C. Lee U.S. Courthouse, 141 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut, 06510. Unless noted in an update below, all court events will take place at this location.


UPDATE – May 4, 2018: On April 25, 2018, Andre Flotron was found not guilty on the conspiracy charge. The court previously dismissed the three commodities fraud counts and three wire fraud counts. As a result, there will be no more court proceedings for this defendant.


On January 30, 2018, Flotron was charged in a superseding indictment with conspiracy to commit commodities fraud, three counts of commodities fraud, and three counts of wire fraud.

A trial for defendant Flotron is set for April 16, 2018, at 8:30 AM in courtroom 3.


A status hearing is scheduled for December 4, 2017, at 3:00 PM at the same location.


Defendant Andre Flotron was arraigned and had a bond hearing on October 5, 2017.

A telephonic conference is set for November 6, 2017, at 5:00PM.
