Special Operations
Special Operations is designed to enhance the effectiveness of ICITAP's global operations by providing technical support and assistance to the regional components, and promoting interagency coordination. Technical Services
The Technical Services Unit consists of core technical competencies that support regional operations. For example, ICITAP's Forensic Services works across the regions and is dedicated to improving the delivery of quality forensic services to host-country criminal justice systems.
Civilian Response Corps
The Civilian Response Corps unit consists of police, corrections, criminal justice, and forensic specialists who are deployed in support of stabilization and reconstruction missions coordinated by the State Department’s Office of the Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization.
