CHAPTER 13  SENTENCE AND IMPRISONMENT ARTICLE 1, IN GENERAL 7-13-106. Transfer of citizen or national of foreign country.  The governor may act on behalf of the state to consent to the transfer of a citizen or national of a foreign country pursuant to a treaty between the United States and the foreign country of which the person is a citizen or national.
