Carlo Antonio Testore

Court Event

On May 17, 2007, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina unsealed a complaint, filed under seal on December 5, 2007, charging Testore with one count of conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 371), with a telemarketing enhancement (18 U.S.C. 2326).

Testore pled on September 15, 2008. Testore was sentenced on September 22, 2009 to 97 months in prison, to be followed by three years supervised release, and ordered to forfeit $1.5 million.  He was also ordered to pay $4.2 million in restitution jointly and severally with his co-defendants.
