1 The original Section 508 Self-Evaluation Questionnaire for Designated Agency Officials did not offer N/A as a possible response to this question. While conducting their self-evaluations, some agencies determined that they never offered telephones for public use. Based on these representations, we added the N/A option. Because this option was not included in the original Questionnaire, some of the agencies that chose other responses (especially response c) may have preferred to choose this option, had they known at the outset of its availability.
