NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF UNITS WITH
ACCESSIBLE FEATURES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Bradford Park Apartments has units that are fully accessible to persons with
disabilities as required by the federal Fair Housing Act. These units include wide
doors, thermostats located within accessible reach ranges, levered door handles,
and bathroom walls that allow the installation of grab bars in and around the
bathtubs, showers, and toilets. This type of unit is available for your immediate
viewing and rental. If you are interested in viewing one of our disabled accessible
units please inform the rental agent and he/she will show you our accessible units
and explain the accessible features that are included in those units.
