On August 26, 2009, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered a Consent Decree resolving a housing discrimination lawsuit brought by the United States against C.F. Enterprises, LLC, Craig Forman, and Don Murroni. The lawsuit alleged that the Defendants engaged in a pattern or practice of housing discrimination against African-Americans at College Square Apartments in Davie, Florida, in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
