Federal Agency LEP Guidance

Executive Order 13166 required each federal agency that provides financial assistance to develop an LEP guidance for its recipients on the obligation to provide meaningful access to limited English proficient (LEP) individuals. EO 13166 also requires each federal agency to create a federally conducted LEP plan.
