Leader of Cincinnati Heroin Trafficking Organization Sentenced to 34 Years in Federal Prison

Cornell Clisby, 46, of Cincinnati, who led a heroin trafficking conspiracy in the greater Cincinnati area, was sentenced in U.S. District Court on July 27, 2014, to 408 months imprisonment.  Five other members of the conspiracy, including Cornel Clisby’s ex-wife, have also been sentenced.
